Mayor Richard Daley warn the Residents of the 31st Ward Against Loan Modification Fraud, Raises Consumer Awareness
Alderman Ray Suarez advises the residents of the 31st Ward to be aware of individuals who will try to solicit a payment for a promise to modify a loan or prevent a foreclosure prior to any service delivered. Residents who are at risk of foreclosure are asked to stop by the 31st Ward service office to receive referrals to non-profit organizations. A list is available for immediate download to the column on your left.
