Clean & Green 2010

Alderman Ray Suarez hosted his Annual Clean & Green On April 17, 2010. This year 150 volunteers from Kelvyn Park High School, North Grand High School, Block Clubs, and Community Organizations participated in making this a successful event. A section of the Ward is chosen and all of the alleys are cleaned, furthermore, four sweepers from Waste Management on behalf of the Alderman are brought in to thoroughly clean the alleys.

Mayor Richard M. Daley, Alderman Ray Suarez of the 31st Ward, on January 30, 2010 commemorated the grand opening/ribbon cutting of the new Department of Family Support Services satellite office at the Senior Suites of Kelvyn Park at 2715 N. Cicero.

On Wednesday, September 23, 2009; Mayor Richard Daley joined Alderman Suarez, 31st Ward for an Anti-Violence March.
