If the subject (person) leaves the scene, note the direction he or she is going 5. If the subject (person) is in a vehicle note the make, model, color, condition, and license plate

Facial Information:
1. Hair - color, texture, hairline, and style 2. Eyes- color, shape (round, slanted), clear or bloodshot, heavy eyelashes or brows 3. Nose - overall shape (long, wide, flat) and nostrils (wide, narrow, flared) 4. Ears-Protruding or flat against the head 5. Mouth - are lips thin, medium or full, do corners turn up, down or level 6. Complexion - pockmarks, acne, razor rash, bumps, wrinkles 7. Facial hair clean shaven, unshaven, beard mustache, goatee, sideburns 8. Tatoos- shaped and style and on what part of the body
